MindSpyr (Pty) Ltd was founded in East London in 2024. We build software for the part of the business that already has the answer: the frontline, the traveller, the person closest to the work. Two products today. A clear sequence of more in the years that follow.
We chose the Eastern Cape on purpose. South African problems get answered first by South African software, and the country has more than one centre of gravity. Building from East London means a lower noise floor, lower cost base, and a sharper line of sight to the kinds of customers and travellers we build for.

MindSpyr operates from the East London Industrial Development Zone Science & Technology Park. Both products were presented at the Turkey–South Africa Innovation and Cooperation Forum at Teknopark Ankara.
A small team. Honest hiring.
MindSpyr is a small team at a deliberate stage. We hire when the work makes the role obvious, and we hire one person at a time. The first MindSpyr Marketing Specialist joined in March 2026 and works across both products.
We are not actively hiring right now. When that changes, the role will be specific, the brief honest about what's hard, and the process tight. We don't run open call-outs to every job board: roles will be posted here and shared through our network first.
